Changes since last version:

* New type of dial: weather. Set the address of a dial to "weather" or
"weather location"
* Improved crop editor. Once a selection is made, it can be moved
or resized.
* Focus is no longer lost in most sites even when java****** is enabled.
* Automatic backups of the dials are stored in the "SDBackups" subfolder
in Firefox profile folder.
* "launch:" dials now show the native file icon for all files.
* When the "Make thumbnail from" option is activated, the thumbnail URL
will no longer default to "http://" if the address field is empty.
* Corrected more than 2 URLs for a single dial.
* Having too many groups no longer extends the Speed Dial area
