مشكلة بأدنس نرجوا حلها

اخواني انا عندي مشكلة كبيرة
بخصوص ادسنس

ارجوكم انا عندي حساب ادنس كلما اسجل يقول لي عندك حساب قديم لكن الأيميل القديم سرق و عندو سنة و نسيت كل شي
و يعني هوا كيف عرف انوا
عندي حساب جديد

انا مسجل باميل قديم

المشكلة اني لا استطيع اراجع
الأيميل القديم لأنوا سرق
و عندوا سنة و نسيت كل
شي
