The role of the sales manager today extends far beyond the traditional demonstration and presentation of a product (good, service, idea) to a prospective buyer. Instead, the complexity of today’s selling environment necessitates unconventional expertise to successfully make a sale happen and manage an effective sales team.
This course is designed to help sales managers, supervisors and sales personnel in implementing effective strategies for enhancing the sales performance of the organization. The course improves the skills and techniques of sales managers enabling them to properly manage, motivate and sustain highly successful sales teams.
